Notices

Please see the attached below link regarding a Public Notice about Levels of 1,2,3-Tri-chloropropane (TCP) above the Drinking Water Standard mailed on  September 6, 2022. We were required to monitor for this contaminant in all four quarters of 2021. We inadvertently missed the 3rd quarter monitoring as well as exceedance in the 4th quarter on 1,2,3 - Trichloropropane.  In the 4th quarter we had a high sample of .28 UG/L that is uncharacteristic of our other sampling events.  We have sampled for this contaminant since 1995 and have never exceeded the MCL or had leverls that are even detectable.  This contaminant is monitored as a rolling average and will reamin in violation until our 4th quarter sampling this year in order to allow for 4 sampling events to come in under the MCL or at non-detetcable levels. Our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter samples have come back at below detectable levels.
