Yes quarterly water billing has gone out, a bit later than anticipated because of Pandemic, Health, Christmas and New Years, and our postal office service assistance.
We always appreciate your patience.
To clarify, since the Pandemic began in March, No Late Fees are being assessed.
However if late fees were incurred before the pandemic began they can carry over.
Yes mail from post office can be lagging at times, so if some people received their quarterly bill and others have not its ok we ask for patience.
The date on quarterly bill is the date your meter was read.
If you like to request an emailed bill please let us know by email request as this could be considered.
Water District offers 30 days from date read on your bill to pay during pandemic.
